Educational

FloorStore work on several large refurbishment projects for the educational sector including colleges and universities across the UK, including Wigan and Leigh College and Lancaster University, for example. Leisure Sector

Leisure sector clients include PureGym and Gymfinity Kids. PureGym Limited is a chain of health clubs situated throughout the U K. It is Britain's largest gym chain by membership, with over 1,000,000 members registered to their gyms.

Gymfinity Kids host weekly classes for children of all levels. Their state-of-the-art gym facilities include traditional apparatus such as beams, bars, sprung floor and vault as well as monkey bars and ninja obstacle course. Contracts completed at Gymfinity Kids involve the majority of the flooring being laid in carpet tiles with protective mats overlaid in high impact areas of the gym. 

When specifying the flooring at Pure Gym Ltd we want to provide a surface for our client that combines safety, ergonomics, performance and acoustics. With these criteria in mind, we predominantly lay Everroll™, which comes in varying thicknesses and a choice of colour flecks.  Many inner-city Pure Gym sites are located on higher floors of office buildings, making the sound proofing essential to protect the offices and shops below.  For these scenarios we use 40mm interlocking rubber especially for the high impact and free weights areas of the gym.
